  • Order class materials and ensure all materials arrive at the venue in a timely manner and are stored securely.
  • Confirm registrations and monitor cancellations ensure that the Learning Management System training records accurately reflect course attendance.
  • Prepare and distribute learner course materials.
  • Book accommodation for facilitators and participants, if required.
  • Respond to learner queries via phone or email.
  • Support the distribution, collection and reporting of Evaluation data, enabling monthly forecasting and invoicing.
  • Support marketing activities to promote courses and programs in the community.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma
  • Two to three years training, customer service or administrative experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred

  • College coursework or associate’s degree

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or associate’s degree desired.
  • Two to three years training, customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Data entry experience strongly desired.
  • Driven to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Team-player as well as ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate with people at different levels and backgrounds.
  • Ability to have some schedule flexibility during busy times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
