Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal based in-office on a hybrid schedule in the Calabasas area. Prior experience in a personal injury law office and with civil litigation is required. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings and court filings, extensive client contact, preparing discovery requests and responses, assisting in the intake of potential client calls, communicating with judges and counsel, and working with our team implementing efficient processes and systems. Additionally, this position will work closely with investigators and attorneys regarding intake tracking, rejecting and signing up cases.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of prior civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, preparing discovery, record review, scheduling, on-line filing, hearing and trial preparation, file and calendar management
  • Prior experience with personal injury

  • Superior client relations and people skills
  • Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented to be successful in this position
