Future Care Consultants is seeking a bright, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Brooklyn office. We are currently only looking for individuals who can work full-time from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday and can commit to a minimum of 2 years.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Future Care Consultants. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization welcoming guests as needed, coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and answering and redirecting phone calls.

  • Informs callers by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Comfortable with dealing with heavy caller traffic and answering a multi-line phone system.
