  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements while upholding high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • 5-7 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards related to sterile manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance programs and leading a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform facility inspections, including climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working in various environmental conditions.
