Automotive Service Technician Requirements

As an Automotive Service Technician with Sunset Kia of Venice, you must be dependable and ethical with a firm commitment to customer satisfaction.

Specific qualifications for the Automotive Service Technician position include:

• Basic automotive maintenance experience; 2-3 years Kia/Hyundai experience preferred
• Hyundai and/or Kia certifications preferred
• Good diagnostic skills
• Flexibility for all types of work
• Own tools
• Verifiable work history
• Physical ability to perform auto service work, including heavy lifting over 50 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to continue your education
