Responsibilities

  • Develop new control sales opportunities through Industrial Refrigeration market from contractors and end users in food/beverage manufacturing, food storage, pharmaceutical manufacturing and data center storage
  • Upgrade and expand the business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers
  • Build and manage relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Coordinate with services operation team, digitalization and region services team to support current installation base
  • Achieve and growth the sales targets and objectives as assigned
  • Proactive approach to make appointment, meetings, presentations to create new and extend opportunity with clients through controls products and introduction of Johnson controls Industrial Refrigeration products and services
  • Work with Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Sales Team to enhance sales offerings on product portfolios while creating cross sales activities

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 4 years’ sales experience in Industrial Refrigeration Control Sales/Service/Engineering
  • Experiences in customer account management
  • 50% travel to cover Eastern Region Control Sales Region
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior executives
  • Customer focus and follow up activities oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English

Preferred

  • Good connections with industrial refrigeration contractors in the US
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and meeting sales target
  • Experience in managing opportunities, accounts and territory needs in a CRM System
  • Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office

Industrial Refrigeration North America is searching for a qualified Control Sales Representative position for the Controls Market. This is a remote position with a required location on the East Coast of the United States. No candidates who require relocation to the US or work sponsorship will be considered.

Johnson Controls Industrial Refrigeration North America manufactures and services industrial refrigeration systems worldwide. These systems consist of CO2 cascade & ammonia components- screw compressor packages, reciprocating compressor packages ASME certified pressure vessels, heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, and complete controls system.

What you will do

This person will join the Sales Team in the Eastern US Sales Region – North America

  • Develop new control sales opportunities through Industrial Refrigeration market from contractors and end users in food/beverage manufacturing, food storage, pharmaceutical manufacturing and data center storage

  • Upgrade and expand the business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers

  • To build and manage relationship with existing and potential customers

  • To coordinate with services operation team, digitalization and region services team to support current installation base
