- Performs regular inspections of the property and notifies management of maintenance problems and recommends solutions.
- Daily property grounds clean up and ensuring property is in impeccable condition.
- Keeps workshop or utility room clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
Required
- Greater than one year work experience
- Knowledge of all types of maintenance jobs in home/apartment buildings
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have clean driver license
- Must have safety shoes

We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Tech to join a great company! You will be responsible for general maintenance and repair of apartments. The ideal candidate should be familiar with all types of maintenance and repair in keeping apartments in top shape.
POSITION – Building Maintenance Tech
LOCATION: Rolling Hills Estates / Rancho Palos Verdes
PAY: $22-$28/hr. based on experience
HOURS: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM
Duties:
- Minor electrical - installing appliances, light fixtures, repair outlets, etc.
