  • Participate in continuing education and training to maintain proficiency in new technologies and techniques in cardiovascular radiology.

Qualifications

Required

  • Completion of formal training in radiology procedures or equivalent education/experience.
  • California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist certification in one of the following specialties within 1 year of hire: Cardiac-Interventional Radiography, Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography, Vascular-Interventional Radiography, or National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within 1 year of hire.
  • National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred

  • Participation in ongoing continuing education programs related to cardiovascular radiology.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a specialized procedures lab or Cardiovascular Lab.

Position Overview:

Under general supervision, you will be responsible for imaging, monitoring, and providing scrub assistance during these procedures while maintaining a safe and high-quality patient care environment. This position requires proficiency in interventional radiologic procedures and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
