Qualifications

Required

  • At least one year of experience working in senior care.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and co-workers.
