As a Maintenance Coordinator at Senior Suites of Hegewisch, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.   • Maintain office, shop, and storage and ensure that mechanical areas of the community are in accordance with SLC policies.
  • Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • General mechanical and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Clear and positive communication skills.
  • Self-assured and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Excels at independent work.
  • Sense of accomplishment after fixing something or completing a project.
