Machine Operator Lewisberry

The Machine Operator is responsible for efficient production of quality products, including:

2. List major activities, which must be performed in order to carry out the purpose of the position as described above:

· Independently sets up machine for specific job.

· Makes adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operation of machine.

· Produces quality pieces with image properly aligned and with quality imprint.

· Identifies quality defects and adjusts machine as necessary to correct.

· Provides troubleshooting to identify and correct causes of machine failure or breakdown.

· Breaks down and/or changes over machine at end of job run.

· Provides essential information regarding specific job to next operator at shift change.

· Maintains production reports.

· Properly report production quantities and track orders electronically through our computer system (scans).

· Properly uses all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and works in a safe manner.

· Immediately notifies Line/Floor supervisors of any issues that would prevent on-time delivery to customer.

· Other duties as assigned by management

- Excellent hand/eye coordination.

- Ability to read, and interpret job orders.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

- Flexibility with work schedule; available to work overtime.
