  • Experience supporting individuals and organizations in the aftermath of critical incidents
  • Experience in consulting on work-related stress
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and beliefs
  • Experience in providing training on topics related to domestic violence and abuse
  • Proficiency in at least one language other than English (French, Spanish, Arabic)

The Opportunity

In preparation for upcoming opportunities, we are building a roster of licensed Mental Health Clinicians based in the Washington, DC (DMV) area. Candidates must have extensive experience working with survivors and/or perpetrators of domestic abuse and violence.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure
  • A Master's or Doctorate-level degree in a mental health or human services discipline
  • Demonstrated skills in individual counseling and in family or group therapy
  • At least three years of experience delivering trauma-informed counseling
  • At least five years of experience working with domestic abuse survivors and/or perpetrators
