$90-$100k depending on experience

The national leader in professional waxing services is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to join our senior leadership team as Regional Manager. If you are confident, independent and results-oriented, this is the perfect job for you.

Consistently leading high-performing store and area management teams that want to win. Impact matters most, so you’ll be in the field all the time. If you want an “office” job, this isn’t it.

-Proven experience directly managing at least 20 retail or service-oriented locations that consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.

Experience

At least 6 years’ experience managing 5 or more brick-and-mortar locations (Required)

At least 6 years of unit-level P&L accountability (Preferred)

8 hour shift

Day shift

Holidays

Monday-Friday with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule as needed (1 Saturday per month)
