The Information Technology Intern at Stahls' DFC will be involved in various IT tasks including staging and imaging new computers with Windows 11, collaborating with the IT Service Desk Team for computer and equipment deployment, maintaining and updating inventory of IT equipment, and creating and updating tickets in JIRA to track progress of computer upgrades.   • Assist in maintaining and updating inventory of IT equipment in our asset management system.
  • Create and update tickets regularly in JIRA to track progress and status of computer upgrades.
  • Keep open lines of communication between yourself, the Service Desk team and the Service Desk manager.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be enrolled in a college IT degree program.
  • Experience working with Microsoft products.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Can commit 20 to 35 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Can be 100% onsite at assigned location.
