  • Coach hiring managers on interview questions and refresh them on legalities involved.
  • Ensure all applicants are in the tracking system for EEO/AA tracking.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the recruiting programs.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

Full Job Description

The Manager Talent Acquisition is a first-level manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of recruiting efforts for the company. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, leading a team, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This position is located at the Dallas corporate location. Not a remote position.


  • Lead, develop, and maintain a diverse and talented pipeline for recruiting.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance the organization's visibility and attract top talent.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Partner with internal departments to determine recruiting needs and strategies.
  • Develop recruiting goals for individual units.
  • Conduct interviews to identify strong candidates.
  • Train hiring managers, recruiters, and HR staff.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, including attending and planning events.
