The Vendor Manager at AllSTEM Connections will manage a large number of Non-Labor supplier engagements, ranging from simple one-time software license purchases to complex, multi-year vendor-hosted managed services agreements. This role involves providing leadership, direction, and coaching to teams, building and managing relationships with internal key contacts, and ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and compliance requirements. The position is a hybrid role based in Wilmington, DE, or Columbus, OH, and offers a 6-month contract with the potential for direct hire.

Location - Wilmington DE or Columbus OH(Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal and facilitation skills. They must be comfortable interacting with multiple teams and senior management on a regular basis, have proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a high degree of comfort with business and technology language.
· Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmap
· BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
· demonstrated experience in vendor, partner, or relationship management
· Experience with third party risk oversight (preferred)
· Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong at Multi-Tasking and time management discipline
· Working with clients and Project management experience would be beneficial.
· Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures, functions, and activities
