The Vendor Manager at AllSTEM Connections will manage a large number of Non-Labor supplier engagements, ranging from simple one-time software license purchases to complex, multi-year vendor-hosted managed services agreements. Responsibilities

  • Manage large number of Non Labor supplier engagements ranging from simple one time software license purchases to complex, multi-year vendor hosted managed services agreements requiring subscription based licenses and proprietary professional services
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with key stakeholders including Technology, Finance and Sourcing
  • Build and manage relationships with internal key contacts, ensuring Vendor Enablement and Experience requirements and objectives are adhered to with data collection and requirements gathering, validating budget funding, contract negotiations, and execution of vendor processes
  • Assist in the strategy for evaluating and monitoring vendors in the CCB Tech space
  • Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecycle
  • Partner and influence clients to ensure legal, risk, compliance and/or controls requirements are satisfied
  • Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmap
  • Assist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders

Qualifications

Required

  • BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor, partner, or relationship management
  • Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong at Multi-Tasking and time management discipline
  • Working with clients and Project management experience

Preferred

  • Experience with third party risk oversight

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal and facilitation skills. They must be comfortable interacting with multiple teams and senior management on a regular basis, have proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a high degree of comfort with business and technology language.
