Qualifications

Required

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and providing support related to logistics services. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate data entry to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

  • .Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and issues efficiently, working closely with other departments as needed to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • .Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, shipment details, and other relevant data into our internal systems. Ensure all data is correctly recorded and maintained for accurate reporting and operational efficiency
  • .Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documents, tracking reports, and other necessary paperwork to support customer needs and logistics operations
  • .Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support, handling requests and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • .Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective communication and service delivery. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
