The IT M&A Project Manager at Insight Global will be responsible for managing IT systems migration and integration in a merger, acquisition, or divestiture context. Responsibilities

  • Assist the project team in the integration/divestiture of the Seller’s/Buyer’s IT technologies.
  • Manage IT activities, resources, and budget associated with an acquisition or divestiture.
  • Use Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®) concepts and principles.
  • Establish detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools.
  • Establish Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans, and Quality plans.
  • Manage RAID log.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of project management work experience using PMBoK® concepts and principles.
  • Experience managing IT systems migration and integration in a merger, acquisition, or divestiture context.
  • Experience with core functions of an ERP: Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacture, etc.
  • Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools.
  • Hands on experience establishing Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans, and Quality plans.
  • Hands on experience with RAID log

Preferred

  • BS in business administration or project management with 6 years working in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment.
  • ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

  • Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.)
  • Hands on experience establishing Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans and Quality plans.
  • Hands on experience with RAID log

Responsibilities:

The Merger and Acquisition IT Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the project team in the integration/divestiture of the Seller’s/Buyer’s IT technologies to/from the client through the use of standard internal applications and tools. The core duties will be to manage (organize, plan and execute) the IT activities, resources, and budget associated with an acquisition or divestiture. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic understanding of the deal model, delivery experience, change management experience & exceptional communication & analytical skills.
