Role: Senior (Customer) Support Engineer

Location: Seattle Area Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)

Comp: They are open for the right person, but circa $100,000 - $175,000 + stock

Domain: Database space - Series D


Do you enjoy helping customers and have worked in a highly technical space already? Want to work with some of the smartest engineering folk (ex-Google, ex-Sisense etc?)


A growing data-warehouse business are looking for someone like you to join their customer support engineering team of 5. You will help with any customer requests related to the database that predominantly come in via Slack or Email, but also collaborate with Solution Architects for new customers but also complex cases. Problems you will work on are within the data warehouse space, i.e implementation, multiple systems and layers, SQL & Relational Database Systems, Log Parsers, Cloud etc


You will be frequently collaborating with the engineering team, who consist of multiple ex google and meta folk. This role can move into a solutions' architecture role in the future too. Company culture is very collaborative, working with some super smart people, and the support team are beginning to utilise LLM technology to support their work.

Your Qualifications

  • Ideally exp with Database/Data Warehouse implementation and support
  • Ideally knowledge of APIs or SDKs
