  • Establish and maintain project controls to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address those risks.
  • Good grasp of Procure to Pay, Order to Delivery, and Order to Cash business cycles.
  • Create and modify custom user roles to control access to information in the software.
  • Manage the finance group related feature enhancements and new product selection.
  • Engage in ERP technology and operational due diligence.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of heavy highway construction experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • ERP implementation experience preferred, preferably NetSuite.
  • Strong communications skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Forward thinking, ability to identify problems and develop a resolution.
  • Finance application implementation experience using enterprise apps.
  • Strong business acumen, lead and make decisions under pressure.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, TRP provides roadway marking and traffic control solutions primarily to state and local government end-customers, whom it serves either directly or through general contractors. TRP’s core offering focuses on recurring maintenance projects to maintain the safety of America’s roadways, and primarily uses thermoplastics, waterborne paint and high-performance tape for center line, edge line and lane line markings.
