Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external partners (warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders) around sales orders, purchase orders and inbound/outbound shipments
• Create inbound import and domestic shipping paperwork and bill of ladings as necessary
• Provide shipping instructions to warehouse staff & external shipping partners
• Coordinate ecommerce order changes to warehouse staff
• Track inbound shipment timing vs release calendar and communicate as appropriate
• Support logistics team members with daily entry of arrival dates to warehouse for domestic and import items
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Required

• Zero (0) to one (1) year of related experience
• Proficiency with logistics management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Outlook and Excel
• Proficient typist; 50-60 wpm
• Experience using an ERP preferred
• Familiar with the Pokémon brand a plus
• Hard working, focused, quick, with great attention to detail; able to complete a high volume of work quickly with a low incidence of errors
• Positive attitude; enjoys finding the positive in challenging situations
• Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment
• Able to work independently and take direction
• Team player
