Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair work on plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, and hotels.
• Diagnosed and troubleshot plumbing issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water systems according to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience, specifically in the service and repair department.
• Proven experience working in various commercial settings such as schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, and hotels.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Local and stable work history with a focus on reliability and consistency.
• A valid plumbing license or certification in the state of Arizona is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
