Qualifications

  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification required.

  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, including regular pay, bonuses, stock payouts, and commissions.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a contract Workday Implementation Consultant. This position is remote.

Workday Implementation Consultant Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a Workday Advanced Compensation implementation project, including planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, specifically around compensation structures including regular pay, end-of-year bonuses, stock payouts, and commissions.
  • Configure and customize Workday modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of the Workday system, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and use of the Workday Advanced Compensation platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday implementation, working closely with technical teams as needed.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation related to Workday Advanced Compensation processes and procedures.

Workday Implementation Consultant Qualifications:

  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
