- Prepare administrative reports and correspondence.
- Determine manpower needs, facilitate training, motivate, coach, and assist in the resolution of associate performance and behavioral issues.
- Oversee housekeeping activities.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
- Support safety and best practice initiatives. Actively participate in, and facilitate safety training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in distribution environment.
- High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA Degree preferred.
- Proven success in maintaining quality, service, and client relationships in a high-volume fast-paced setting.
- Experience working in a team oriented, multi-shift environment.
- Proven competencies in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred
- Experience with WMS/TMS/DMS.

Job Description
LX Pantos America, Inc., is an international 3rd party logistics company, is currently searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Operations Supervisors to work for the 2nd shift at the New Jersey distribution center located in Somerset, NJ.
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager. The qualified candidate will display excellent leadership skill along with the ability to monitor workflow in a fast-paced distribution operation; oversee coaching and counseling of hourly associates; and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
