  • Support multiple programs, and management of timelines
  • Field and address calls, emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and prepare for internal and external calls/meetings, providing relevant agendas, documents, and materials when necessary
  • Assist with organizing offsite and onsite events and ordering supplies
  • Manage personal assets, maintenance and registration of personal vehicles
  • Proofreading and editing multiple documents
  • Serve as a liaison and resource to others across teams and various levels of the company
  • Process expense reports, review financial documents, and assist with month-end close using internal databases as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to one or more Executives
  • Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with upper-level management
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional professional writing skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be organized, level-headed, and able to manage multiple tasks/projects according to urgency

Our client, a Non Profit, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This candidate requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, multi talks, and the ability to shift priorities as needed.

Compensation: $85k-95K


Applicants must be able to pass a background check and work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.
