  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support the execution of the company’s strategic plan.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with company goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the appraisal team and management as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property appraisal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, AR, AP, and month-end close processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year
  • Accounting software: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
