Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence in every aspect of our work. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations and ensure seamless business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee benefits administration and payroll-related inquiries.
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP):
- Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation and payment follow-up.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure all accounts payable are processed accurately and on time.
- Reconcile accounts and handle any discrepancies.
Month-End Close:
- Perform month-end closing activities, including financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all customer engagements meet company standards.
- Implement and monitor procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Company Operations & Strategic Plan Execution:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support the execution of the company’s strategic plan.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the appraisal team and management as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
Management of Administrative Team:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property appraisal industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, AR, AP, and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
