We are currenlty seeking a high level Executive Assistant who will be directly supporting the CEO. The EA will provide one-on-one direct support to the CEO and will also serve as a liasion to the management team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
Hybrid Schedule:**Requires flexible schedule and accessibility - may be required to work weekends in addition to standard workweek.**
Salary: $90k-$150k DOE
Must reside in Long Beach or Orange County.
4 year college degree a must.
