  • Maintain a global view of documentation systems, standardizing content across all operating platforms.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and external standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality enhancement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer or quality manager.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
  • Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
  • Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in working with end-users to improve user experience and refine content.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience producing documented processes, procedures, and governance documentation in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience in supporting an environment of compliance with regulatory bodies and writing process documentation that meets external standards.

Preferred

  • Degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, photo editing, and video editing.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations or experience with government regulations.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Society for Technical Communication).

Position pay range: $66,800 - $83,300 based upon experience
