Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Proven experience in writing, reviewing, revising, and verifying test procedures and quality standards
  • Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) or similar quality assurance certification
  • Must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years
  • Federal Tax compliant

Preferred

  • Active Moderate Risk MBI clearance

  • Quality Assurance Processes & Documentation: Develop and implement QA processes, design test plans for functional and non-functional requirements, and manage documentation related to quality standards, test procedures, and program artifacts.
  • Testing & Reporting: Conduct integration and legacy system testing, provide detailed reports on test results, defects, and quality metrics, and ensure alignment with quality standards across the IR Mod Program.
  • Issue Tracking & Mitigation: Identify, document, and track quality issues and risks throughout the program lifecycle, collaborating with teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Continuously assess and enhance QA processes and practices, ensuring compliance with IRS legislative frameworks and internal quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, including designing, developing, testing, and supporting quality standards.
  • Proven experience in writing, reviewing, revising, and verifying test procedures and quality standards.

Certifications: Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) or similar quality assurance certification

Minimum Eligibility:
  • Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
