The Mortgage Call Center Representative is responsible for tracking, researching, and responding to customer requests primarily through written correspondence and occasionally through outbound calls, ensuring customer resolution and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Work effectively and efficiently with customers who have varying degrees of product and technical proficiency
  • Provides customer support to customers mainly through written correspondence and phone if necessary
  • Handles and resolves customer inquiries/concerns
  • Respond to all customers within assigned service levels and take ownership of resolving customer issues
  • Consults with Escalation Specialists and Customer Service Representatives on non-complex issues to learn through experience
  • May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced customer service associates within department
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
  • Experience working in MSP preferred
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide quality interactions with internal and external sources
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks

Job Title: Mortgage Call Center Representative

Location: Remote; MUST LIVE IN DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TEXAS AREA

Pay: $18-$21/hr - depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
