Job Title: Mortgage Call Center Representative
Location: Remote; MUST LIVE IN DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TEXAS AREA
Pay: $18-$21/hr - depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Description: The Customer Relations Support Specialist is responsible to track, research, and respond to customer requests primarily through written correspondence and at times though outbound calls resulting in customer resolution and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Work effectively and efficiently with customers who have varying degrees of product and technical proficiency
Provides customer support to customers mainly through written correspondence and phone if necessary
Handles and resolves customer inquiries/concerns
Respond to all customers within assigned service levels and take ownership of resolving customer issues
Consults with Escalation Specialists and Customer Service Representatives on non-complex issues to learn through experience
May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced customer service associates within department
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
1+ years of Customer Service experience
1+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
Experience working in MSP preferred
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provide quality interactions with internal and external sources
Excellent customer service
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
