  • Demonstrate engineering rigor and leadership across various disciplines, mechanical, power, and thermals.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams, ODMs, and suppliers
  • Design, develop, and implement cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems.
  • Present often to Dell leadership and external customers.

Qualifications

Required

  • 12+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a master’s degree
  • Experience solving complex thermal / mechanical problems from the IT hardware level to the data center level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting to leadership and customers
  • Efficient in the use of CAD and various simulation software
  • Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions
  • Deep knowledge of Rack form factors, specifications, and industry standards
