Position Summary:  

As a team member in our Pack, Load, Crate department, you'll be responsible for ensuring all finished products are properly packed for shipping. As the work varies from day-to-day, our most successful crate builders have a professional work ethic and comfort adapting to change.

Duties & Expectations:

+ Responsible for cutting wood, building custom crates, banding skids, shrink wrapping, and labeling finished projects for shipment

+ Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Carpentry skills

+ Ability to read measuring tapes accurately

+ Ability to operated hand and power tools
