Commercial Agency Support Representative– Fredericksburg, VA

Salary: $25.81 per hour/ $52,000 annually

This role is for people who want to support business-to-business relations with insurance agents throughout the country. You’ll be the first contact for agents and their customers: answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions. Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience required
• 1 year of experience working with an insurance agency OR
• 1 year of previous Trucking agent experience required
• P&C license preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to troubleshoot applications and escalate as needed
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
