Qualifications

Required

  • Current center-based preschool CDA with 12 ECE credits, and enrolled in a program that will lead to an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field to be completed within three years of the time of hire
  • or Associates Degree in ECE or relevant field with 12 ECE credits
  • or Bachelors Degree in ECE or relevant field with 12 ECE credits
  • Must pass required state background check
  • Demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service
  • Upon hire must have documentation of a physical examination and a TB Test, to be repeated every two years

Preferred

  • Experience working in center based early childhood programs
