Qualifications

Required

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.

Preferred

  • Four years clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in home health, ambulatory care, hospice/palliative care.
  • Case Management experience.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends, no Holidays, no on-call, 1 remote day after 6 months
  • Hospital: Ascension St. Agnes
  • Location: Baltimore, MD

Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least two years experience in acute care required

four years clinical nursing experience preferred.

Additional experience in home health, ambulatory care, hospice/palliative care is a plus

Case Management experience is also a plus.
