Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is currently recruiting for Nissan Call Center Customer Service Agents to handle outbound phone calls for their NISSAN Call Center. If this sounds interesting to you read on for more details and apply today!

Pay: $24.00/hr
Quarterly Bonus Eligibility: $1,500 per quarter
Shift:
Must be available 7am-7pm (8-hour shift will be within these hours)

This is a call center role with excellent promotional opportunities after one year!
This position is NOT100% remote and must live commutable distance to Murfreesboro, TN.

What does a typical day as a NISSAN Call Center Customer Service Agent look like?
You’ll be:

  • Providing claim support to Nissan dealers to ensure timely and accurate claim payment
  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, while acting with urgency regarding Nissan vehicles
  • Working collaboratively within various departments to develop strategies and plans to provide appropriate solutions to the customer


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required -no exceptions
  • Excellent computer skills coupled with strong typing skills (45+ WPM)
  • Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage in and address issues as they arise
  • Strong work experience in customer service preferred
