Salary: $84,000 annual salary plus 2% of dealership net profit

Compensation: $7,000/month Salary + Performance Based Bonus (Shop CSI score, Hours Produced, and Labor Gross)(Total Expected Pay $200,000+)

Celebration Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our service department. This role is crucial to our dealership's success and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a leader who can drive excellence, profitability, and ensure the highest standards of service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and retain a talented team of 28+ technicians, 8 apprentice technicians, 8 express service technicians, 4 valets, and 6-8 world class service advisors
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high CSI score by providing a superior customer experience and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer care.
  • Performance Management: Achieve service department objectives, exceeding General Motors and NCM 20 group performance standards for zone, region, and US.
  • Profitability: Drive department profitability through effective management practices and innovative strategies such as labor operation mapping and coding.
  • Team Building: Keeping employees informed and involved with some decisions that help the company grow and achieve employee buy-in.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership.
  • Strong mechanical and technical background that commands respect from technicians and provides a foundation for them to learn from your past experience as a great technician before becoming a service manager.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving results in profit, recruiting and staffing, customer experience, and driving repair order volume increases.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse team.

Compensation:


  • $84,000 annual salary plus 2% of dealership net profit
  • Total Expected Pay: $200,000+ with target performance bonus.
