  • Set up and maintain users with functional desktop equipment, ensuring appropriate access to applications, software suites, and domain access.
  • Provide end-user support across the entire campus, requiring frequent outdoor walking to visit various locations.
  • Track and manage service tickets using ServiceNow.
  • Report any challenges or roadblocks to the Manager promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently and unsupervised.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience troubleshooting in both Windows 10 and MacOS environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work professionally and maturely in an unsupervised setting.
  • Friendly and customer-service-focused demeanor.
  • Comfortable with outdoor walking and traveling across large studio locations.

Preferred

  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.

We are seeking a highly skilled Level II IT Support Technician to provide on-site support at our busy Work/Entertainment Campus and Studios. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows and Mac (basic) systems and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will interact with a variety of users, providing troubleshooting and technical support for desktop, laptop, and smartphone configurations.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $22 - $32/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
