- Degree in business related discipline (Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.), or a minimum of 4 to 7 years in Payroll/Tax related positions. HS diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of payroll tax and garnishment processing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, with little supervision
- Must be customer-focused with an emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills - Written, verbal and interpersonal
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ADP Global view or SAP payroll is a plus
