Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Policy Management:
Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, changes, and claims processing.

Stay informed about new products, policy changes, and underwriting requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Adhere to all Farmers Insurance policies and state insurance regulations.
Ensure ethical sales practices and maintain the highest level of professional integrity.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice to clients.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and attract new clients.
Participate in community events and networking activities to promote Farmers Insurance.
Utilize digital marketing tools and social media to enhance visibility and engagement.
Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Stay current with industry developments and continuously improve professional skills.
Assist in training and mentoring new agents as needed.
