Qualifications

Required

  • At least 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • High-level understanding of internal and external user engagement, local, state, or federal policy, FFP, budgets, and project management.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in population health, or a related area.
  • Five (5) years of working in a health care related field.
  • Experience with healthcare policy at the local, state, or federal level with experience writing policy documents including legislative concepts, contracts, etc.
  • Experience with budget analysis and development.
  • Experience supporting the management of enterprise and project level risks.
  • Experience supporting the management of change requests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) with special emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for report creation and data analysis.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio and Teams).
  • Strong notetaking and documentation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience.

Role Description: As a Business Analyst, you must have at least 4+ years of experience. In this role, you will serve as a key part of a Project Management Office (PMO) on a large-scale transformation project providing comprehensive technical, administrative, and coordination support in a population health management setting.
