  • Design and develop a robust partner/alliance referral program to accelerate growth through the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling narratives that resonate with Microsoft reps, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
  • Work closely with the CEO and the Microsoft Head to influence and steer partnership strategies for mutual growth.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in building and scaling alliances or partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as Synapse, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including Microsoft representatives.
  • Experience in developing and executing referral programs or partner channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that showcase our expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to build programs and partnerships from the ground up.

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Development Manager to scale our strategic partnership with Microsoft and drive impactful collaborations.

Role Overview:

As the Partner Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and solidifying our relationship with Microsoft.
