Responsibilities

  • Travel to Franchise Conferences 4 times a year.
  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Implement sales strategies to crack new franchise brand contracts.
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target Franchisee prospects.
  • Mine existing and prospective franchise clients for introductions into your targeted listed franchise brands.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
  • Connect franchisees business needs with ADP products and services.
  • Cross-sell other ADP solutions to franchise base of ADP clients.
  • Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers that will be listed to you as "Prospect Brands". These are franchise Head Quarters that do not work with ADP today.

Required

  • Positive Self-Starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage your time well, and can present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Agile Solution Seeker who is a problem solver who can find an answer, or a solution, even in times of fast-paced change.
  • Continuous Learner who is always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done in the past to make them even better.
  • Two to three years of prior work experience or shown proven success in a work from home environment.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
