  • Facilitates learning and sharing of best practices in a wide variety of formats, including group presentations virtually and face to face.
  • Assists in facilitating and managing new company initiatives and projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to conduct field visits, including multiple overnight stays.
  • May assume other duties as applied.

**Responsibilities**

**Summary:**

As a Field Manager, you will manage and evaluate assigned region of the contractor network. Interacts with all departments including field sales. Recruits, coaches, monitors, and evaluates, new contractors as well as existing contractors within their network(s).

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
