Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in security field a plus
  • Ability to work in various environments such as cold, rain, snow, or heat depending on the property location
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders regularly
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
  • Think clearly and react quickly in emergencies
  • Make conclusions based on facts and on your own personal judgment
  • A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
  • A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
