Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred, with at least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must provide own hand tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in verbal communication in person and over the telephone.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 1:00am | Salary: $27.00 -$28.00 an hour

Play a critical role in filling customer orders when you become a Forklift Operator for a leading manufacturer of foam-based materials to consumers and businesses in Orlando, FL.

What you will be doing:

· Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment using diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications; troubleshoot and repair production issues to minimize downtime.

· Diagnose problems by observing devices, listening for issues, and using precision measuring and testing instruments; maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.

· Document actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to facilitate communication among work teams; instruct production workers on routine preventive maintenance and ensure compliance.
