A&P Mechanic

Position: A&P Mechanic

Location: Roseville, MI

Duration: Direct-Long Term

Purpose: RCO Engineering has an opening for an experienced A&P Mechanic in our Roseville, MI Aerospace campus. The A&P Mechanic will work through aircraft cabin seat sets for routine maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

A&P Mechanic (Required)

Prior management experience (Highly Preferred)

Leadership ability

Highly motivated and organized

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and create solutions

Able to be flexible with time/schedule to deal with project issues

Global travel requirements – current passport preferred

Job Description:

Act as Lead Seat Technician, performing all necessary seat repairs and retrofits

Perform inspections on other technicians finished work, according to standards

Report directly to Supervising Inspector

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
