  • Performance of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
  • Utilization of computerized maintenance systems
  • Management and issuance of parts
  • Leadership in projects and continuous improvement activities

Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager for our 1st shift operations in Richmond, Indiana

Job Description:
  • As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering activities on the plant site, providing technical support to the maintenance team and developing/implementing continuous improvement opportunities for our equipment and practices.
  • Your role will also involve supporting the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and controlling expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items.
  • You will be expected to train and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and reliable maintenance program at the lowest possible cost.
  • Your main focus will be to maximize production time, minimize upkeep costs and drive costs out of the manufacturing process.
