Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family owned and operated business that has been in business for 50 years and has been earning relationships that last generations. We are in need of adding a full-time Customer Care Team Member to our growing team!

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive presence and friendly attitude
  • Is motivated to learn new skills
  • Be willing to file when needed
  • Willing to listen to our customers
  • Basic PC and Microsoft windows experience required
  • Wants to have advancement in their career
  • Must have a good phone voice and enjoy lots of customer/employee interaction
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • A background in customer relations / receptionist experience is helpful but not required as training will be provided to the right person

We are offering a full time position with the ability to have health, vision and dental, and life insurance, accident/disability insurance, paid vacation, 6 paid holidays and a great place to work and grow, as well as a company matched retirement plan. This position has an aggressive bonus plan that is paid monthly, with ample opportunity for growth along with an hourly wage of $16.00 to start.
