The Vice President of Sales at i3 Verticals is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, and driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Implement and manage sales processes and tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Engage with key customers and partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the executive team.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in K-12 Food Service Space
  • Sales Experience in this space with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and targets in a similar industry
  • Experience in building and managing high-performance teams
  • Significant experience in customer interaction and creative solutions in achieving their goals with our product line
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen
  • Technology Literate

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree
